Just watching you in Robert the Bruce, which I was unaware until tonight, had been made.
I’m loving it! I’m originally from Galloway, near Glentrool, where the Bruce is supposed to have fought. I am incredibly interested in the history of the Bruce,, and indeed of Scotland and hold a dream to write a historical novel about his life, having studied English and Scot’s studies at Edinburgh, as you did.
I am eternally grateful to you for writing and starring in this film. As well as being a superb watch, it gives me another insight into and perspective of the Bruce, the better with which to craft my ‘character’. And also restoring my faith in the case for Scottish independence. Cheers👍🏼
